1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Pro-Lab's Link Management and Analytics services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Scope of Services

Pro-Lab provides SaaS infrastructure for link shortening, custom domain routing, and click analytics. Acceptable use prohibits the distribution of malware, phishing links, or spam through our network.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that business needs change. Clients may cancel their SaaS subscription within 24 hours of the initial purchase for a full refund.

To request a cancellation, please email our support team at support@pro-lab.site within the 24-hour duration. Cancellations requested after this period will terminate the upcoming billing cycle, but the current period will not be refunded.

4. Intellectual Property

The Pro-Lab platform, brand, and infrastructure are intellectual property of Pro-Lab. Users retain ownership of their own custom domain names and the raw click data generated by their links.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pro-Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services.
