1. Electronic Record

This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules. It is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical, handwritten, or digital signature.

2. Service Owner and Scope

PRO-LAB is operated by RAGHUVIR KUMAR as a digital SaaS platform. PRO-LAB is a URL shortener service that converts a long URL from a website, blog, forum, campaign, social profile, or business page into a shorter link that can be shared elsewhere.

3. Rule 3(1) Publication

For due diligence under Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011, PRO-LAB publishes these rules, regulations, privacy policy, and user agreement for access to and use of the platform.

4. Account Responsibility

You must use an account you are authorized to access. You must keep your login secure, keep your account details accurate, and ensure that every destination URL in your workspace is lawful, safe, and not deceptive.

5. Prohibited Short URLs

• Copyrighted content without permission.
• Content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Phishing, credential theft, impersonation, or malicious code.
• Spam, abusive marketing, or deceptive landing pages.
• Pornographic, violent, hateful, or harmful content.

6. Premium Service & Billing

Paid plans are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). UPI QR billing or supported online payments may require a valid UTR or payment reference before activation.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes are handled under competent Indian courts and authorities.
