At Pro-Lab, we strive to ensure 100% satisfaction with our URL Shortening and Link Management services. Because our services provision active server resources, we have a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.
Refunds are granted if the service experiences significant downtime not covered by our SLA, or if you accidentally purchase a subscription plan twice.
Clients must submit their refund request within 7 days of the subscription purchase date. Requests made after this 7-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
Once a refund is approved by our team, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method (e.g., Credit Card, UPI, or Bank Account). Please allow 5 to 7 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
