• Create and maintain user workspaces.
• Generate, route, monitor, and expire short links.
• Detect spam, phishing, malware, and abusive automation.
• Confirm paid subscription access and billing references.
• Provide technical and billing support.

4. Payment Information

Payment information may include plan amount, UTR, transaction ID, and bank reference. Sensitive details like UPI PINs or card numbers are handled by third-party providers and are never stored on our servers.

5. Storage and Data Processing

PRO-LAB stores and processes account, billing, and link records in India. We use operational safeguards to protect your data from unauthorized access.

6. Destination Website Privacy

After a Visitor clicks a short link, we redirect them to a destination URL. PRO-LAB does not control the privacy practices or tracking used by these third-party destination websites.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. You can also request a copy of the data we hold about you by contacting support from your registered email.
